A damaged collagen means less elasticity in your skin which in turn results in wrinkles and other aging signs. Try to limit your sugar intake by using natural sugars which found in fruits and you can get very smooth and healthy skin for a longer period. Whenever you eat foods or drink hot beverages containing with sugar, add a small amount of cinnamon in it. Cinnamon when mixed with sugar helps in reducing your blood sugar level.

5, Include wrinkle-busting foods in your diet

Avoid foods that are high in fat and sugar content. Always try to eat green vegetables and fruits in a large quantity, which can reduce the development of wrinkles. Few of the anti-aging vegetables include cabbage, broccoli, radish, and turnips while anti-aging fruits include water melon and avocado, and all these items should be added in your diet. Take some healthy foods that are rich in antioxidants like colorful berries and green tea to prevent those wrinkle’s lines and folds. Other wrinkle busting foods comprise of garlic, ginger, beetroot, spinach, turkey, tomatoes, nuts, yoghurt, whole grains, and dark chocolate.

6, Get your eyes tested

Even a poor sight can lead to wrinkles. If you are experiencing problems with your eyesight then it can cause you to squint i.e. narrow your eyes more than usual. Repetition of this facial movements results in wrinkle lines around your eyes. Initially, the wrinkles will appear only when you make such movement. 7, Avoid stress

Stress is a big contributor in the formation of wrinkles. Stress results in various side effects like insomnia, eating habits, etc. and make your body deprived of essential nutrients which can cause premature aging.
