Natural Beauty products you can make at Home

Each and every one of us is concerned about skin. There exists a wide range of beauty products that enhances one’s beauty. World Health Organisation had issued a notice against the skin-lightening products that contain mercury as an ingredient. It is proven that cosmetics that contain chemicals, especially mercury and phthalates can cause disorders like dermatoid allergies, cancer and birth defects. The consumers are unaware of the harmful chemicals used in the products and they become victims of serious health problems. Natural cosmetics have lost their importance in today’s world. Homemade products are cheap, reliable and very easy to make. Take a look on the methods given below, that will help you in making some useful homemade products.

Homemade antiperspirants:

Baking Powder and Cornstarch

Take a bowl and add baking soda, coconut oil and corn starch. Blend it well until it becomes smooth. If the mixture appears thin, then add more baking soda into it. Do not add corn starch much, as it will irritate your skin. Add some drops of scent oils. For males, you can add cypress oil that helps in reducing sweat and for women, bergamot or lavender can be added, as it gives out soft floral scent. Take an empty container and scoop the paste into it before it cools too much. Then, store it in a cool place and it is ready to use.
