Effective Home Remedies for Cough using Black Pepper

There are normally 2 types of cough; one is dry or non-productive cough which doesn’t produce any mucus or phlegm from the lungs, and the other is a productive cough which produces mucus from the lungs.   • The other way for healing cough with the use of black pepper is taking it with cumin seeds. Take the powder of both black pepper and cumin seeds in equal amounts to make a proper mixture and then add 1/2 spoon of salt to this mixture. Lick it slowly.
  • Grind 3-4 black pepper seeds and make a fine powder of them. After that, mix this powder with a large tablespoon of honey and swallow it rapidly as it tastes unpleasant. You can take this mixture before going to bed for cough free nights. The black pepper is highly spiced and honey aids in decreasing the spicy levels.
  • Prepare black pepper tea. This cough remedy is originated in 2 very different traditions: traditional Chinese medicine and New England folk medicine.   • Take a cup full of water and add 1 teaspoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 2 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well and then drink it, it is very helpful remedy in reducing weight.
  • Take 1 teaspoon of clarified butter in a pan and heat it, subsequently add 3 to 4 black pepper seed and then a glass of milk. After that, add 3 to 4 crushed almonds, and allow it come to a boil. Sugar can be added for the taste. This remedy is helpful in cases of sexual debility while taken at bed time.
  • Take a glass of butter milk, mix 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and finely diced onion to it, and then drink it to maintain cholesterol level.
  • Make a mixture of black pepper powder and ginger juice, and take this mixture after meals to ease indigestion problems.

  • Grind 5 to 6 black pepper and make a paste by mixing with natural honey. This formulation is useful as appetite stimulant.

  • If you are suffering from the low blood pressure problems, then take 5 black pepper seed with 21 dried grapes 2-3 times a day.
  • Grind and mix 20 grams black pepper, 10 grams cumin and 15 grams sugar. Take it with water at daily morning and night; it will help to ease piles.
  • Mix half teaspoon of grinded black pepper with clarified butter and consume at daily morning and night to improve the brightness of eyes.
  • If you have congestive headache, make a paste by using two black peppers and goat's milk, and then place it in nostrils.
  • External application of mixture of pepper powder and ox-bile is very useful in curing pimples.
