ReplyDeleteI also feel that the number of occurrences is also affected by how much stress or tired your body is. I have noticed that my body has been extremely tired (sore muscles dues to excessive workout) the day before the nocturnal emission, and it usually is a gradual build up. Also what I have found is usually I am more invigorated after a night fall than after masturbation. The claims by herbal or homemade remedies doesn't work for me either; I usually relly on keeping a healthy life style with enough rest and sleep to keep my body sufficiently rested to prevent nocturnal emissions.
