Massage the mixture of sesame oil (1 Tbsp) and peppermint essential oil (5 drops) on your feet and then cover them with socks. Leave it for overnight.

To detoxify The Skin

Apply warm sesame oil on your skin and wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.

For Sunscreen

Use the oil daily on your face and body. This decrease the sun exposure also decelerate the aging effects.

For Blemishes

Massage sesame oil on the face and neck then wipe off the oil with the help of a sponge and warm water. This lighten the skin blemishes.

For Acne Treatment

Make a paste of turmeric & sesame oil and apply it on the acne breakouts daily at night: 20 minutes before going to bed. Leave it for overnight.

How to use Sesame Oil for Hair

For Hair Growth & Hair Loss

Just massage sesame oil with any other oil on the scalp and hair in a circular motion for 5-10 minutes before shampooing.

For Dandruff

Massage sesame oil into the scalp using your finger tips before going to bed and leave it for all night. You should cover every part of the scalp. Wash the hair in the morning. For the best results, use sesame oil daily for 30 days.

For Dryness

Make a mixture of 1 Tbsp ginger root juice, sesame oil and fresh lemon juice (each). Apply the mixture to the scalp and allow it to dry. After that, shampoo your hair as usual.

For Hair Shine

Simply, rub 2-3 drops of the oil between your hands and apply on the dry hair. It will work as a leave-in conditioner.

For Deep Conditioning

Warm the oil and mix it with any deep conditioner. Apply on the hair and leave it for at least 1 hour. Then, shampoo your hair as usual. For maximum results, leave mixture on the hair overnight.
