Tips to reduce dark circles:
  • Cucumber acts as natural cooling ingredient to reduce dark circles around your eyes. Daily drink cucumber juice also slice cucumber in small circle forms and keep it on your eyes. It will instantly give you cooling and soothing effects to increase blood flow below your eyes.
  • Raw potatoes are useful to reduce pigmentations, dark circles under eyes. Prepare fresh juice of potatoes and with the use of cotton balls, apply it below your eyes. It will act as natural bleaching ingredient to reduce dark circle, skin tanning and bleaching.
  • One can also prepare mixture of juice of raw potato, cucumber juice and few drops of coconut oil. Apply this mixture below your eyes and leave it for a while. Potato acts as bleaching ingredient; cucumber offers soothing effect and improves blood circulation. Coconut moisturizes area below your eye and reduces puffiness.
  • Take few drops of almond oil and massage below your eyes with the index finger. It will increase blood circulation and reduce dark circles naturally.
  • Prepare fresh tomato juice and add few drops of lemon juice in it. Apply this mixture below your eye area. Leave it for 10-15 minutes, then wash out it with the cold water. Tomato and lemon acts as oxidizing ingredient to lighten your dark circles.
  • Rosewater is also considered as one of the anti-inflammatory ingredient. Take rosewater in cotton ball and apply it below your eyes. Allow it to get absorbed completely. Apply 2 to 3 times a day to see its long lasting effect.
  • Soak Fenugreek seeds in water for whole night. In morning make its fine paste. Add pinch of turmeric powder and spoon of raw milk. Apply paste below your eye area and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash out with tender water and massage with little almond oil to moisturize.
  • One of the simplest and easiest methods to reduce puffiness and dark circles around your eyes is icepack. Take 2-3 ice cubes in piece of clean cloth and put it on your eyes. Leave icepack till ice gets melted completely.
  • Crush fresh mint leaves and apply it below your eyes. Leave it for 20-25 minutes. It will act as natural lighten mask to reduce the dark circles.
  • Boil 2 green tea bags in half cup of water. Put boiled green tea bags on your eyes and leave it for 30 minutes. Or dip cotton balls in green tea boiled water and put it on your eyes to reduce the dark circles.
  • Make sure that you get enough sleep. It will act as natural medicine for your eye’s health.
  • Some people have allergy of particular ingredient that effect negatively on health and increase the pigmentation or dark circle below eyes.
  • Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated.
Tips for soft and supple looking skin:
  • To reduce acne marks from your face, prepare home made scrub. Mix rice flour in yogurt. Apply it on your face and especially on acne marks. Scrub mixture slowly on your face in one circular movement. Make sure that you do not scrub it on acne. After few minutes, wash it with gentle water to reduce acne marks.
  • Add few drops of lemon juice in honey and apply it on your face daily to moisturize your facial skin.
  • In winter, apply moisturizer on your skin and do not forget to scrub your body once in a week to remove dead cells.
  • If your skin is tanned due to excess exposure of sun, then massage on tanned areas with the sesame oil to whiten your body naturally.
  • Mix besan, yogurt, pinch of turmeric and few drops of lemon. Use it as scrub on your hands. After scrubbing for 2-3 minutes, leave it for 30 minutes. Wash it with cool water. Follow this remedy 2 to 3 times in a week to reduce tanning effect on your hand.
  • Take 2 teaspoon of Orange lentils (masoor dal) and soak it overnight. Prepare paste of soaked Orange lentils, tomato paste, pinch of turmeric and few drops of lemon juice. Apply it evenly on your face and let it dry out. Wash it off with tender water and wipe your face gently. It will reduce dark circles, pigmentation and acne marks from your face. It will also make your face naturally glowing.
  • Use gentle face wash that suits your skin type. Daily, wash your face for two times with gentle face wash and remove dirt and extra oil.
  • Even if you do not have to go out for any work, apply suitable sunscreen lotion without fail and get protection from harsh UV rays that come from television or while you work on computer.
  • Consume less amount of sugar in your diet to make your aging process slow.

  • Never wash your hair without massaging with oil. Most preferable hair oil is coconut oil. It makes your hair shiny.
  • After massaging with hair oil, wrap your hair in towel soaked in warm water. It will make smooth your hair. Follow this method two to three times to make oil soaked in hair roots completely.
  • When you sit outside in winter to feel warm sunny rays, do not forget to wrap your hair into the scarf to reduce the damage of hair.
