I've followed some of these tips this summer and they were really useful, not only that I stayed fit, but I also lost some of my extra pounds. Also, I've took some Toronto martial arts classes, because I've always wanted to learn how to defend myself. :D It was a great summer and I've learned so many useful things about what I must do in order to stay fit and healthy.
