Tips to Wake Up Early in the Morning
- Sleep and wake up at the same time daily so that your brain trained subconsciously to get ready for waking at your desired time.
- Use an alarm clock and be sure not to hit snooze button.
- Keep the alarm clock far from the bed so that you get up from bed to turn it off.
- You can use 2 or more alarm clocks and set them at different timing.
- Avoid consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol at evening as they can affect sleeping pattern.
- Don’t exercise (3 hours before) as well as use computer (2 Hours before) bed time.

- Sleep earlier and get at least 8 hours sleep.
