All of us already knew that we should wake up early in the morning but waking up early is not easy task especially for those who sleep very deeply. Our elders always wake up early and they are much more active and healthy compared to us. As per study done by Roehampton University, people who wake up early in the morning are healthier, happier and in better shape than those who wake up late. Rising early not just keeps us healthy but also makes us wealthy and wise. Tips to Wake Up Early in the Morning

  • Sleep and wake up at the same time daily so that your brain trained subconsciously to get ready for waking at your desired time.
  • Use an alarm clock and be sure not to hit snooze button.
  • Keep the alarm clock far from the bed so that you get up from bed to turn it off.
  • You can use 2 or more alarm clocks and set them at different timing.
  • Avoid consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol at evening as they can affect sleeping pattern.
  • Don’t exercise (3 hours before) as well as use computer (2 Hours before) bed time.
  • Use good mattress & pillow and a sleeping eye shade.
  • Sleep earlier and get at least 8 hours sleep.
