Lemon

Lemon fruit is considered as an excellent natural remedy for Dyspepsia. The juice of lemon gets into the stomach and thwarts the formation of acids by attacking the bacteria. It exterminates indigestion by flushing out the acid and other harmful stuffs from the stomach, and thereby it fortifies & promotes a healthy appetite. It helps to remove the accumulated faeces and undigested food residue, and reinstate your health to perfect order. If you are experiencing loss of appetite, upset stomach and sour eructation along with other symptoms of dyspepsia, then try one of these:
  • Warm up a half piece of lemon by sprinkling some salt on it and then suck it; it will easily digest the foodstuff.
  • Mix 1 teaspoon each of lemon juice, ginger juice & ground rock salt in a glass of water and drink for getting relief.
  • Squeeze out the juice of 1 fresh lemon and add it in 1/2 glass of water, and you can add sugar for taste before drinking it.
Carrot

Pineapple

Buttermilk

Pomegranate

Cumin seeds

Tomato

Fenugreek

Grapes

Onion

Squeeze lemon juice on the slices of red onion and eat with meals.

Cloves

Take 2 clove buds, grind them, put in half cup of boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes. Cool the mixture and take three times daily for treating the indigestion.

Neem

Take 25 gm neem leaves, 3 black peppercorns & 3 cloves, grind all together, and add little sugar. Drink 3 times a day, by stirring well in little water every time.

Cinnamon

Mix equal amounts of cinnamon, cardamom, cumin seeds & ginger power, and grind all together. Take half teaspoon of this mixture with warm water.

Holy Basil (Tulsi)

Chew 20 tulsi leaves along with 5 black peppercorns after meal for proper digestion.
