1. Look After Your Skin

2. Take a break

Don't spend all the time in doing things for others instead take a break and get some time for yourself to relax. You can go for a massage, enjoy yourself with friends, listen some music or do painting, shopping, yoga, cooking or meditation whatever activity you like. These activities will keep you away from feeling besieged.

3. Health check-ups

Many women don’t take regular health check-up seriously but it is very necessary to visit doctor once a year for routine exams and screenings. This will help to prevent certain diseases. You should ask your doctor or nurse about what exams and tests (Pap smear, mammogram and bone density check) you require and what time you should get them.

4. Sleep

Good sleep at night is very important for health to revitalize your energy and to keep you fresh for next day. Insufficient sleep affects mood & health, decrease the ability of the body to fight infection/heal as well as can cause stress and depression. On average, you need at least 8 hours sleep.
