Exercises for beautiful Toned Butt

1, Reverse Boat Pose:
It helps to make your buttock muscles firm.
  • Lie down on ground facing your stomach and arms on your side.
  • Put your arms on back side and interlock your fingers.
  • Now with the slow inhaling process, raise your arms and legs in back movements to make shape of boat.
  • Try to stay calm in this position for 8-9 breaths and come back to normal position.
  • Repeat the exercise for 10-12 times

2, The Kickback:
It will strengthen your butt muscles and pelvic region
  • Put your both hands and legs to manage your body weight facing floor
  • Now slightly straight your left leg and kick in backside
  • Repeat backside kicking for 1 minute
  • Repeat the steps for right leg

3, Side-Walking Lunges:
This exercise helps to give firmness to outer part of your buttocks.
  • Stand in relax position by placing your feet hip-width apart
  • Slightly turn out your feet to place heels closer than your toes
  • Make sure that your back and stomach stay straight during exercise
  • Step out your left leg
  • Bend your right knee to lower down and let your left leg come out
  • Stay in the bent position for one minute
  • Slowly push your right leg so that it comes in normal position
  • Repeat the steps for right side

4, Pelvic Lifts:
Give flexibility and strength to your butt and pelvic region
  • Lie down with your back to face ceiling and put your arms on both the sides
  • Keeping your feet on floor, bend your knees
  • Lift your abdomen and hips to create angle of 45 degree
  • Keep your abdomen and hips firm and squeeze your butt
  • Stay in the position for few breathes
  • Slowly come back into the original position
  • Repeat the exercise for 10-15 times

5, Brisk Walks:
It shapes outer part of your buttocks.
  • Sometimes we ignore most easy and basic of exercise and directly jump for hardcore exercise. Simple brisk walking of 45 minutes for 5-6 days in a week with consistent rate helps to get beautiful and toned butts like model.
  • Lunges: It helps to reduce extra fat from your butts and make your pelvic and leg muscles stronger.
  • Stand in straight position with leg apart
  • Took forward your right leg by lowering down your hips slightly
  • Bend your right leg at the knee to form angle and push your left leg on back side
  • Remain in the position for few minutes and come back to relax position
  • Repeat the procedure with right leg
6, The Clam: It reduce fat from your outer bum region.
  • Lay down on one side
  • Put your knees in front of you with the same level as your hips to create right angle
  • Rest your head on lower arm
  • Lift your upper thigh away from your lower thigh and gently move your knees as far apart as you can
  • Squeeze your bum muscles as much as you can
  • After few minutes, lower down your thigh and allow your body to relax for a minute
  • Repeat the exercise on both sides for 12-14 times

7, Single Leg Squat:
Reduce excess fat from your buttocks.
  • Stand in relax position by placing your feet hip-width apart
  • To level your right toe and left heel, slide your left foot in forward direction
  • Lower down your body in the squatting position and keep your chest and back straight
  • Hold the position as long as you can and come back into the standing posture
  • Repeat the steps on other side to do squatting for 10-15 times on each side

8, Hip-Lift Progression:
Reduce tension in lower back and make your butt firm.
  • Lie down on your back and place your arms on each side
  • By placing your feet on floor, bent your knees
  • Lift your hips in forward direction and after few seconds lower you back
  • Do lifting for 60 seconds and squeeze your glutes and hamstrings while lifting your hips
  • Once get good control on exercise, extend your one leg at the top of the lift.
  • Maintain your lifted position for 6-7 seconds by keeping your thighs parallel.
  • Now keeping your hips up, slowly lower down your lifted leg and then your hips
  • Repeat the steps for another leg. Slowly increase extended time period
